Triangle Wind Ensemble, Evan Feldman, conductor

This year’s concert celebrates terrific film music written for one of the great American art forms: the cinema. You will hear music by Maurice Jarre (Lawrence of Arabia, Doctor Zhivago), Bill Conti (Rocky), John Williams (E.T., Star Wars), and some favorites from Disney films. Much of this music has become even more popular than the films it was written for. TWE will also offer a musical salute to veterans on this Memorial Day Weekend. Bring a picnic and enjoy the beautiful setting before the music begins. Gates open at 6pm. Food and beverages are available for purchase on-site, or bring your own.
