We pride ourselves on bringing a wide variety of events to Cary, NC! What our guests are allowed to bring to each event varies from event to event. Please review the appropriate event page prior to your visit.

 

NATIONAL CONCERTS

Guests can bring the following items to this Concert:

  • 12" x 12" x 9" Clear bags only. All items must fit in clear bags.
  • Bags 6"x 8" or smaller are permitted.
  • Medical and Parenting Bags
    • Parenting bags must be accompanied by a child.
  • EMPTY Reusable water bottles 
    • Water fill stations are available inside the venue.
  • Factory-sealed plastic bottles of water (1 per person)
  • No glass/cans/flavored water 
  • Lawn chairs: Please remove chair from bag before approaching security checkpoint.
    • No footrest, canopy, lounge, trifold or swinging chairs.
  • Raincoats & Ponchos
  • Strollers (Allowed on lawn only)

All bags allowed will be searched.

All patrons will walk through metal detectors.

Including, but not limited to:

  • Oktoberfest
  • Asia Festival
  • Cary Diwali Festival
  • NC Wine Festival

Guests can bring the following items to Festivals:

  • KBA Jazz Series

Guests can bring the following items into this event:

  • 12" x 12" x 9" Clear bags.
    • All items must fit in clear bags.
  • Bags 6"x 8" or smaller are permitted.
  • Coolers.
  • Medical & Parenting bags.
    • Parenting bags must be accompanied by a child.
  • Food
  • Non-Alcoholic beverages ONLY.
    • No Glass bottles.
  • Reusable bottles & Cups. 
    • Water fill stations are available inside the venue.
  • Lawn chairs: Please remove chair from bag before approaching security checkpoint.
    • No footrest, canopy, lounge, trifold or swinging chairs.
  • Blankets & Towels
  • Well behaved pets on leashes 
  • Raincoats & Ponchos
  • Small Tables
  • Strollers
  • Tablets
  • Small Umbrellas (must come down when perfomers take the stage)

North Carolina Symphony & Triangle Wind Ensemble Events:    

Guests can bring the following items into this event:

  • Alcoholic beverages (no liquor)       
  • Reusable bottles & cups
    • Water fill stations available inside venue
  • Lawn chairs: Please remove chair from bag before approaching security checkpoint.
    • No footrest, canopy, lounge, trifold or swinging chairs.
  • Blankets and towels
  • Bags/purses*
  • Small tables
  • Tablets 
  • Raincoats
  • Ponchos
  • Umbrellas

*For North Carolina Symphony events KBA will allow all types of coolers & bags, however to expedite entry we prefer all guests bring 12" x 12" x 9" clear bags and/or coolers, Small wallet sized clutch purse no larger than 6" x 8" (about the size of a hand).                   

All  bags & coolers will be searched.

Guests can bring the following items into this event:

  • 12" x 12" x 9" Clear bags and/or Clear Coolers only.
    • All items must fit in clear bags/clear coolers of allowed size.
  • Bags 6"x 8" or smaller are permitted.
  • Medical & Parenting bags.
    • Parenting bags must be accompanied by a child.
  • Plastic Factory sealed bottled water (1 per person)
    • No glass/cans/flavored water 
  • Blankets for warmth
  • Raincoats & Ponchos
  • Strollers
  • Tablets
  • Small Umbrellas
  • Mobility devices such as Scooters, Walkers and /or Wheelchairs for our guests with disabilities
